Your mission:

In your new role you'll drive forward the execution of our Siemens Cybersecurity Strategy in our area of cross-Siemens protection. There's massive business potential here, and we need your expertise to unlock it.

You can take on this epic role in Germany, Portugal, or Spain.

Your your new role you will:

• Break down our Siemens Cybersecurity Strategy to our own Cybersecurity service portfolio with our leadership team

• Steer the definition, monitoring, tracking and refinement of our departments strategic priorities and important metrics together with our extended leadership team

• Align our Strategy with the strategies of our cross-Business units (e.g. IT, Finance, Procurement) together with the Business Partners

• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives to help driving the strategy

• Represent interests of us and our partners within Cybersecurity and focus on strategic direction (e.g. at our Service Portfolio Lifecycle Management and our Enterprise Architecture)

• Connect the dots between different running services, projects & initiatives in the organization and helping in keeping the right focus by steering to our strategic priorities

Your superpowers:

• University degree (Master) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar

• Long-term hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, preferably as a Cybersecurity strategy consultant

• Solid technical expertise in IT environments

• Familiarity with Cyber Security standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST). Certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP)

• You like to work strategical and have the ability to translate abstract to concrete measures and priorities

• A strong integrator, driver, and storyteller with an interest in networking, aiming for excellence and able to convince and inspire others

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation capabilities

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving, and multifaceted environment
