Join our team at Siemens Logistics Portugal as an Operations Trainee. You will be involved in creating sales/marketing plans and roadmaps for a specific product portfolio in the airport logistics sector, with the aim of leveraging the expansion of our existing service business.

What are the responsibilities?

• Direct contact with our clients (internal/external) and regions

• Developing the necessary metrics to measure the success of the project execution, the service and create solid feedback for the sales department

• Create necessary dashboards using BI tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or others

• Analysing and evaluating the market needs (both technology and product portfolio) of potential or existing clients

• Researches and evaluates specific business opportunities for the clients' portfolio of related products and services

• Support during preparation of proposals and calculations for the various tenders or RFQs

• Coordinates after-sales activities in collaboration with the GRSC (Global Remote Service Centre): Warranty Mgmt process, …

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management and Logistics, Engineering or similar

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Fluency in other languages such as German, French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage

• Knowledge of BI tools is mandatory

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to analyse, reason, think critically and solve problems

• Dedicated, organised and responsible team player who follows objectives, is able to inspire others towards common projects and is not afraid of challenges
