Head of Finance – OEZ Letohrad

We are looking for a Head of Finance for our production plant OEZ Letohrad . The mission is to fulfill financial targets and responsibilities of the assigned business, conduct operational and strategic decisions, and drive people development.

About the role:

As the Head of Finance, you will oversee the financial management of the factory, which employs approximately 1,700 people and has a business volume of €440 million. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Finance functions of the manufacturing location in Trutnov, which has a business volume of €100 million and 700 employees. Furthermore, OEZ s.r.o has a smaller sales subsidiary in Slovakia, which also reports to the Head of Finance in Letohrad.

In this role, your responsibilities will include :

Trusted Partner and Finance Governance :

Acting as a trusted partner to the Head of Manufacturing, applying finance policies, and governing the financial management of the manufacturing network.

Financial Steering and Control :

Ensuring efficient financial steering and control of all commercial activities, including factory performance, transfer pricing, business cases, product costing, cash and asset management, productivity, and purchasing & logistics.

Global Cost Out and Productivity Programs :

Driving global cost-out and productivity programs to enhance competitiveness for profitable growth.

Financial Planning , Reporting, and Controlling:

Ensuring consistent financial planning, reporting, and controlling of all relevant business processes and KPIs within the manufacturing facility network.

Team Leadership:

Leading a finance team of 200 employees.

Procurement Strategy and Supply Chain Management/ Logistics :

Overseeing procurement strategy and supply chain management/logistics within the factory, including IT and digitalization.

Risk Management and Internal Control :

Managing an effective risk management and internal control system.

Collaboration :

Collaborating efficiently with peers and internal customers, especially Product Management.

People Development:

Prioritizing people growth, succession planning, and diversity.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business, Finance, orAccounting.

  • Long-term experience in finance roleswithinthefinancial management ofglobalfactorynetworks.

  • Deep and proveninterest in manufacturingwithadvancedknowledge and understandingofall end-to-end business processes.

  • Extensiveknowledgeofoperationalfactoryprocesses.

  • Provenexperience in leadingteams, with a management and leadership mindsetfor stakeholder management and people development

  • International experience and strongintercultural sensitivity, and theability to workwithteams and stakeholdersglobally.

  • Fluent in English and Czech.

  • Stronganalytical and strategicthinking, motivatingyou to implementprojects, drive change, and thinkoutsidethe box.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile, withtheability to motivateteams.
