Position is based in Lahore, Pakistan and is responsible for supporting customers in Punjab region.

  • Responsible for actively contributing to achieve order intake targets for DI Portfolio.

  • Carrying out sales process activities of Digital Industries portfolios (Factory Automation, Process Automation, Cybersecurity, Motion Control in Punjab region)

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the automation and OT Cybersecurity space in Pakistan.

  • Effectively assist in managing the channel partner relationship for DI Portfolio.

  • Escalate and assist in solving critical cybersecurity portfolio relevant issues and problems.

  • Facilitate, actively promote, implement strategies and influence the adoption of cybersecurity in the Lahore (Punjab) region.

  • Ensuring compliance to business conduct guidelines and policies in the day-to-day activities.

  • Carrying out business development activities.

  • Coordinating with the customers during the sales process.

  • Processing of the received orders and preparing complete sales documents for the customers.

  • Ensuring optimal level of customer retention/satisfaction in the region and simultaneously steadily expanding customer base in the region.

  • Encouraging customers to provide feedback via random check callbacks and surveys such as NPS and ensuring that necessary timely action is taken to rectify any highlighted issue.

  • Cultivate customer connect, build and maintain long term relationships with existing and new customers. Support them by creating a value proposition in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products.

  • Actively participate in the selling process, attend techno-commercial discussions and negotiate proposals with customer in cooperation with other involved team members, channel partners and the management.

  • Act as a voice of customer and channel partner & collaborate internally for timely closure of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Bachelor’s degree or B.E in Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / IT with minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the automation, IT, or OT Cybersecurity industry. Exposure to the business development function is also required.

  • Experience of Cybersecurity in a business or sales context - selling and/or working with vendor products and understanding their integration into OT environments.

  • Certifications in Cybersecurity and/or Networking (e.g., CPIN RUGGEDCOM, CCNA, IEC62443…etc.)

  • Strong understanding of OT environments and security considerations in industrial settings (e.g., SCADA systems, Networking, PLCs, DCS, etc.)

  • Extremely well-developed proficiency in the area of customer relationship & management as well as in the area of selling & negotiation skills.

  • Experience in Siemens’ Automation, Motors and Drives systems selection and configuration will be preferable.

  • Familiarity with Pakistani and international Cybersecurity regulations and standards.

  • Knowledge of the channel policy & sales policy.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.

  • Adequate proficiency on MS office and standard CRM tools.
