• The candidate should have Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical) with Min. 15 years of experience in the field of O & M/Erection/Testing & commissioning with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager. The position is for Site Manager at BALCO, Korba site and should handle the the team of 80 members.

• Candidate should have sound knowledge in the substation operation and maintenance activities, Customer handling, electrical troubleshooting.

• Also should be well capable to handle the site manpower, contractor manpower, meeting customer KPI's and fulfil customer requirements.

• Should strictly adhere to EHS guidelines. Also should be well aware about the recent industry standards rules of safety, PTW, LOTO process, etc. and expert in preparing of EHS documents.

• On site Planning and execution of Periodic Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance with trouble shooting capabilities of400/220/132kV Power Transformer, Breaker, CT, PT, Control panel, Relays, ACDB, SCADA, Battery with Battery charger.

• Computer literacy and shall be proficient in MS office
