*Works in problem solving activities in processes and studies for insuring quality of products and processes for insuring customer satisfaction and zero defect by using 8D, A3 and Ishikhawa methods, .

• Analyzes and improves a series of process steps for the respective organizational unit according to the quality strategy and respective global regulations and standards considering lean and digital methods.

• Implements the specific quality programs within the respective organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.

• Contributes to product safety activities.

• Responsible from quality reporting.

*Responsible from preparing Control Plans, Operation Instructions, Understanding Test Methods and applying these methods to the production.

*Responsible from leading FMEA studies and follow-up actions.

*Applying statistical methods like SPC, MSA for process improvements.

• Creates real-time quality reporting for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.

• Accompanies relocation projects in respect of all quality-relevant topics, e.g. transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release via audits.

• Acts as an advisor to management and business partners on advanced technical areas.

• Ensures and implements production standards, guidelines and programs in an assigned plant environment.

• Designs and coordinates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.

• Initiates training for production employees with regards to quality (e.g. PDCA, Poka Yoke).

• Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues. Performs quality coordination for all production products within BU and to other partner production sites.

• Advises and escalates to the accountable management of the unit, in all production quality-related issues.

What you need to make real what matters

• Technical Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred)

• 3+ years of professional experience within the area of quality preferably from an international company

• Proactive and result oriented, structured approach to complex tasks throughout cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Metal and Plastic parts will be an advantage.

• Auditing experience in ISO9001 & VDA6.3 candidates with an Auditor certification will be preferred.

• Knowledge of quality methods, analysis tools & technical drawing and tolerances (e.g. APQP in manufacturing and product development, 8D in problem solving, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA knowledge ) is required

• Possession of outstanding communication and excellent English skills both orally and in writing (Knowledge of German language would be considered as an advantage)

• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad (Driving License is a must)

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Six Sigma Green belt is a must
