For our Process Automation Business Unit in Kartal we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Process Instrumentation Sales Specialist. Process Instrumentation and Analytics business of Siemens includes the following areas: measuring pressure, temperature, flow, level, process analytics and weighing as well as pneumatic valve positioners. This role is integral to our organization's success in providing cutting-edge solutions to customers in various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in process instrumentation, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a passion for creating top-notch customer management.

What part will you play?

· Possess a deep understanding of process instrumentation & analytics technologies and applications.

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the field of process instrumentation.

· Develop and implement business plans that highlight competitive landscape and customer needs.

· Segment and position the products according to different market needs and competitors’ products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their evolving needs.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.

· Technical selection of instrumentation equipment according to customer specifications.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our process instrumentation solutions.

· Participate and develop cross-selling activities with Process Automation (DCS) portfolio of Siemens.

· Work closely with the headquarters, factory, solution partners and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

· Analyze the marketplace and develop effective and dynamic marketing strategies for instrumentation and analytics product groups of Siemens in order to increase market share.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

· Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies, for example Business Conduct Guidelines & Unrestricted Information.

What you need to make real what matters

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic, Control and Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in process instrumentation / field devices.

· Technical knowledge for Process Instrumentation business.

· Proven track record in sales, particularly in the field of process instrumentation and analytics.

· Process Control Systems (DCS) knowledge is an asset

· Fluent English in speaking and writing

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.

· Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office Applications

· Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and good communication & presentation skills are required competencies

· Fluent English in speaking and writing

· Driving license is required

· No restriction for travelling
