For our Siemens Communications Team, we are looking for a Communication Professional.

What are my responsibilities?

• Develop, implement communication strategies that align with company objectives and enhance brand awareness.

• Act as a business communication partner, working closely with departments to understand their communication needs and develop tailored strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

• Support business-related communication needs, providing strategic guidance and content creation for internal and external business communications.

• Responsible for organizing and managing internal and external events related to business, customer, partner and product launch activities.

• Solid experience in business-related communication activities such as designing product launch activities, crafting 360-degree campaigns covering digital and traditional channels, working closely and harmoniously with external communications team.

• Manage good collaboration with agencies in order to achieve good results in communication activities in the long run and meticulously brief agencies and other third parties and ensure coordination; manage the process end-to-end.

• Take charge in the preparation of communications plan of certain business units and their annual budget and ensure the required tracking and reporting are carried out throughout the year.

• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure that all steps of events and campaigns take place within a certain time frame.

• Manage the annual business unit communication budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet communication goals.

• Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Track results and apply key learnings to improve future comms activities.

• Coordinate with the Global Communication Teams for localization of the global content as well as following up with the global strategy.

• Design and manage branding activities when needed.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Electrical Engineerig, or related departments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications preferably in related industries.

• Analytical thinking, very strong organizational ability and process & result oriented.

• Ability to effectively steer all components of an event using project management skills.

• Having positive approach and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.

• Fluent English both written and spoken

• Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures.

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
