• Defines and updates customer credit limits periodically. Checks customer credit limits daily, takes actions if necessary and releases/blocks deliveries.

• Tracks customer receivables, performs collections in cooperation with contracted banks and Accounts Receivable.

• Evaluates guarantee limits and hypothec amounts, obtains guarantee letters from customers, registers in related system

• Ensures coordination with Accounts Receivable, Conducts netting, payment registration, journal voucher postings..etc.

• Monitors customers creditibility via external data sources (Findeks) and assess credit limits.

• Reports receivables, risk and overdue payments periodically to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.

• Calculates customer bonuses, coordinates account balancing with customers, booking of credit notes, accurals and issuance of journal voucher transactions

• Issues delay interest invoices to customers

• Ensurescommercial transactionsfor material return invoices

• Defines and implements KPI’sand measures business performance accordingly (e.g minimizes profit lossby overdue and receivables collectionsperiodically follows up current non-performing and unsatisfactory accounts,increases the number of successful collections on outstanding debt)

• Ensures immediate and daily information transfer to management about any critical topics (challenges), system problems or customer difficulties that may be experienced in Credit & Collections.

• Communicates with customers to build and maintain a strong working relationship.

• Complies with company policies & guidelines during daily processes and operations

• Performs Contract management activities with the customers in related sales channels.

• Drives digitalization and improvement projects to increase the automation in cash collection processes

• Drives usage of Direct Debit System (DBS) and credit card platform to optimize Cash-in

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/or related departments.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial functions. Tax, IFRS, Collection knowledge is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Advanced MS Excel skills, ability to extract data from ERP and perform analysis of data.

• Knowledge of SAP; SD, MM, PP, FI modules certification is a plus.

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Problem solving skills with customer-oriented approach

• Open minded and highly collaborative
