Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Manufacturing Technician III. Thisposition is located at Hoffman Estates, IL.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for thenext step in their career. As a Manufacturing Technician III, you will beresponsible for :

Mechanical maintenance of large size crystal growing furnaces. Disassembly and reassembly of crystal growing furnaces refractory. Use helium leak checker to identify vacuum leaks. Reforming precious metals. Performing maintenance and cleaning of equipment related to our processes. This position also requires innovation (coming up with solutions when necessity requires it) and minor custom fabrication. Must be able to work with and without prints. Perform maintenance on weekend, holidays, and work overtime when required. Training details to be discussed at the time of the interview.

This position maysuit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career withHealthineers:

  • Milling,machining, and welding experience would be considered a plus.

  • Youhave good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel andOutlook).

Required skills:

  • HS diploma orequivalent required. Associates degree or 1-2 years of vocational technicaltraining preferred. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

  • 3-5 years ofmanufacturing experience.

  • Strong mechanicaltroubleshooting skills
