Your new role – challenging and future- oriented:

• Professional leadership of the commissioning team for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transmission plants.

• Responsible for all persons working on the commissioning of the HVDC facility and can delegate tasks to them. Within your task area you bear responsibility for the EHS.

• Technical, timely and high-quality planning, preparation and implementation of test phases and commissioning phases.

• documentation of results as well as updating reports.

• Plans, coordinate, and control all commissioning activities according to current regulations, contractual obligations, and specifications.

• During the system test phase, instructs the commissioning team in accordance with the test coordinator and organizes their daily work, further support or coordination with the customer and Load-Dispatch Centre.

• Supports functional & dynamic performance tests (FPT/DPT) and factory acceptance tests (FAT).

• Compliant to and monitoring the calculated costs, time schedule, solutions, and quality of the engineering results.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• 7-10 years of experience in Site Commissioning of power transmission and Substation Control & Protection system. Preferable: Worked in HVDC/FACTS Control and Protection System.

• Basic knowledge of HVDC technology.

• Good knowledge of closed loop/Open Loop control systems and Overall knowledge of interfaces.

• Good English language skills (orally and verbally).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Primavera).

• Knowledge in Step7, TDC, PLC, SIPROTEC, Fault recorder, DIGSI software is preferable.

• Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.

• Open minded and creative in cooperation with colleagues and customers.

• High commitment and willingness to perform.
