Responsibilities on the Construction Site:

Organization and Implementation:

• Oversee and coordinate the scope of supply of civil contractors for the overall plant.

• Ensure effective execution of civil contractors' responsibilities.

• Coordinate the civil site team and all related activities on site for the project.

Inspection and Monitoring:

• Inspect the construction site to monitor progress, ensuring conformance to design specifications, contract requirements, time schedules, and safety standards.

• Report to the General Site Manager and the Sub PM Civil Engineering.

Scheduling and Compliance:

• Track the project schedule and implement countermeasures as needed.

• Ensure contractors comply with technical specifications, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards, time schedules, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.

Coordination with Engineering Department:

• Consult with the Engineering department (PM Civil Engineering) for technical information.

• Maintain regular communication with PM Civil Engineering to resolve technical queries and check Field Quality Plans.

• Request for Information (RFI) Procedures:

• Establish and follow up on the RFI procedure on site.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager Civil to clarify technical queries.

• Verify the constructability of civil design documents and provide feedback to engineering.

• Follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and approve as-built documentation from contractors.

Support and Reporting:

• Regularly report to the General Site Manager and Sub PM Civil Engineering on HSE, quality, documentation, time schedules, progress, risks and opportunities, contracts, claims, workforce deployment, forecasts, contractor performance, deliveries, and significant events.

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Requirements:

• Monitor and maintain HSE requirements according to company policies, laws, and standards, and ensure proper documentation.

• Adhere to Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines, as well as national and international safety regulations.
