You will have an impact in these areas:

• Explore customer goals and needs, identify business opportunities. Understand customer business processes, value chains, and key business drivers.

• Sell Siemens industrial products, systems, solutions, services, and digital modules to end customers in the industry.

• Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

• Understand relevant market conditions and analyze competitors' sales activities in related projects.

• Gain insight into industry trends and business development dynamics of end customers to achieve deeper cooperation.

We need you to have the following experience:

• More than 1 year of experience in the Automation industry, familiar with Siemens or competitors' industrial products, systems, solutions, services, industry knowledge, and digital modules, and promote and sell them to customers.

• Background in science and engineering is preferred, such as electrical engineering and automation, computer-related, mechanical-related, energy management-related, industrial engineering, etc.

• Able to travel flexibly.

We expect you to have the following qualities and skills:

• Familiarity with industrial automation products and customer knowledge, digital industry knowledge, and technological applications.

• Enthusiasm for sales work, willingness to become a value-oriented salesperson, ability to guide customer decision-making, good negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Learning ability, willingness to continuously learn and apply knowledge.

• Customer-centric, able to keenly focus on customer needs and experiences and proactively provide personalized solutions.

• Good resilience, able to face setbacks and challenges with a positive mindset.
