Your future role

  • You are responsible that division quality targets were met by guiding the QM responsible people for products and productions in LVM

  • You are responsible for regular quality reporting, driving the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relevant for the respective project phases. In this way, you provide an overview of the current project status and identify critical situations at an early stage.

  • You drive under quality matters special topics such as e.g.Escalations, Product Safety Suspicion, on demand and ensure that managers and employees have a quality-oriented mindset by promoting role models and sharing best practices focusing on digital solutions.

  • You collaborate with the global QM&PS-network and business accountable units (e.g., R&D, Procurement, Factories, etc.) to achieve quality business goals for Low Voltage Motors (LVM).

  • You ensure that division Instructions & Regulations (e.g. for PLM,QM&PS) are followed and regularly reviewed.

  • You conduct internal audits and assessments (for the division), including preparation, definition and follow up of measures as well as participating (virtual or on-site) and supporting external audits such as e.g. ISO 9001.

  • You prepare and conduct (annual) management reviews for the division as well as analyzing of the results of the customer satisfaction survey incl. follow-up of measures.

  • Finally, you ensure close cooperation and alignment with division support counterparts (guided by Headquarter PQ Team) as well as with country support.

Your profile

  • The basis of your success is a completed Master's/University degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanics

  • Building on this, you have already gained long-term professional experience in quality functions.

  • Furthermore, you are proficient in quality methods of risk analysis and quality planning (e.g. PQP, MQP, FMEA) as well as problem management (e.g. 8D, RCA).

  • You have a high level of technical expertise with the functionality of the motors as well as manufacturing and assembly technologies.

  • You are a strong communicator and business fluent English.

  • Personally, you convince with analytical skills, teamwork and assertiveness as well as a result-oriented way of working with a pronounced quality and customer orientation.

  • In addition, you enjoy working in international teams and intercultural sensitivity rounds off your profile.
