What is the Finance Development Program?

The Finance Development Program (FDP) prepares you to support a wide range of businesses as a future financial leader in our organization across different locations within the country and abroad.

The FDP is a two-year rotational program, with four different assignments, each of the rotation is expected to be six-month (hybrid working is possible). As a FDP participant you will work in different financial functions such as:

  • manufacturing controlling

  • supply chain management

  • strategic procurement

  • product controlling

Your future responsibilities

  • Through the entire FDP program, you will have a dedicated mentor on your side, who is part of the Innomotics Finance Leadership team. During the mentorship you will learn and receive more details about the overall strategy, systems, and accomplishments that makes this company unique as a global leader. Further, during the FDP program it is expected to work on one dedicated project as the project lead in one of the different financial functions

  • Once you went successfully through the FDP program, you will have the opportunity to join our company on a long-term basis

Your profile

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in finance or related field

  • Graduation date: ideally you must have graduated before to the program start date, but no more than two years prior, final year students will be also considered

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in English, additionally German is an advantage

  • User knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant programs

  • Relocation and travel: you must be willing to relocate and travel for limited period, which is required by the program

  • A desire to learn, grow, and make a difference
