The interface between innovation, development and production is of particular importance. That is why we are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Process and Solution Expert R&D for our locations in Berlin or Frankfurt. This key position will take the responsibility for the definition, implementation and maintenance of a globally standardized change management process at the interface between R&D and manufacturing based on Siemens PLM Teamcenter and SAP.

What part will you play?

As Teamcenter Process and Solution Expert R&D you will:

• Ensure a globally consistent 'Change Management Process' between R&D and Manufacturing based on Teamcenter and SAP, which includes specific areas such as Engineering Data, Bill of Material, Component Data, as well as the Release Distribution Process

• Act as an interface between R&D and manufacturing to ensure efficient and effective collaboration

• Manage the further development of PLM/SCM processes and tools in the Teamcenter and SAP environment

• As the lead of the Teamcenter Change Control Boards, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of improvements

• Define and ensure the globally consistent use of R&D relevant PLM software, such as Mechanical & Electrical Design and Simulation in interaction with Teamcenter

• Act as the central point of contact and expert on Teamcenter within R&D

What do you bring?

• You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar

• You have many years of professional experience in the field of PLM software, IT solutions in R&D and production

• Extensive knowledge of Teamcenter design, development and configuration in a distributed system environment, as well as the integration of large software tools

• In-depth understanding of R&D and manufacturing processes (PLM & SCM)

• In addition, you have experience with the Teamcenter 4 SAP interface (T4S), as well as knowledge of SAP/ERP systems

• You operate effectively in a multicultural environment and enjoy working with people of different functions, skills and cultures

• You are able to work independently and achieve goals effectively

• Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and a high level of comprehension to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions

• You have expertise in the application of AI technologies to support processes

• You understand, live and promote agile ways of working and are able to effectively communicate, convey and enforce your ideas and suggestions

• You are prepared for occasional national and international business trips

• Very good written and spoken English and German skills round off your profile
