This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Requirements Engineer , you will be responsible for :

  • You will develop system requirements for Clinical LaboratoryInstrumentation (Chemistry/Immunochemistry, Hematology), MolecularBiology, Lab Automation and Information Systems.

  • You will support Model Based System Engineering efforts by creatinguse cases and partnering with development teams to ensure Requirementstraceability to Design Output artifacts.

  • You will participate in Scrum teams to define and prioritize features toensure maximum product value.

  • Work closely with Portfolio and Product Management and Developmentteam members to define technical features and performance capabilitiesthat are required and/or mandatory for successful placement of Siemenssolutions.

  • You will be working with our latesttechnology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software andhardware solutions.

  • You have good presentation andcommunication skills and you demonstrate a team and customer orientation.

  • You are able to lead technical teams,have negotiation skills and are able to drive results across technicaldisciplines.

  • You are able to communicatetechnical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • You are proficient in MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.Proficiency in MS Azure DevOps and Teamcenter RequirementsManagement applications is a plus.

  • You have a demonstrated skill inAgile development and have a strong understanding of Design Control inproduct development.

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biochemistryor Clinical Laboratory Science required.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience indeveloping System Requirements. Experience in development of Softwareand/or Design Requirements or specifications is a plus.

  • Willing to travel up to 20%.
