What part will you play?

You will be responsible for bridging the critical gap between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) as a Product Owner for OT/IT Data Integration in our esteemed organization. You are tasked with the responsibility of promoting smooth data integration across platforms to drive the future of industrial operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape innovative solutions that propel our company forward, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term success.

• You will make our customer dreams become reality and ensure the flow within the development team to deliver customer value fast and focused

• One of your key responsibilities is to define user stories and to create a product backlog. This product backlog will be a prioritized set of customer requirements

• You hold the ownership of defining and prioritizing user requirements and you communicate closely with your development team regarding product features to be implemented

• You maximize the value addition of the products that are developed by the agile scrum team

• You collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as customers, business leaders, development teams as well as project managers

• You are frontloading the work for the development teams; thus, they are able to deliver fast and value oriented

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have a master's degree or PhD in computer science, industrial engineering or a related field.

• You have more than 5 years of profound technical domain expertise working as a Product Owner or Manager.

• Proven leadership in software development across IT and OT sectors.

• Experienced in working directly with a wide range of customers to develop scalable solutions.

• Deep knowledge of industrial plants, especially in data integration (shopfloor to topfloor).

• Familiar with tools like Confluence, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Cognite, PDC Kepware, or similar.

• Agile mindset, thriving in dynamic environments with expertise in SCRUM and other methodologies.

• Committed to ensuring sustainable software quality and hands-on in feature validation.

• Reliable team player, fostering mutual trust and collaboration.

• Fluent in English, with German language skills being an added advantage.
