As a Global P&O Business Partner (f/m/d) for DI Motion Control (DI MC) you have a unique opportunity to co-own the Siemens transformation and DI MC’s contribution to it. Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking P&O professional, passionate about driving impact and innovation? Join our DI P&O team!

You'll make an impact:

In your role you particularly will

• Demonstrate “Siemens First” by always keeping DI’s success in mind when supporting DI MC as a business

• Champion a transformative mindset within the organization, inspiring innovation and continuous improvement across all levels

• Act as a trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to business leaders, contributing to the overall value and success of Siemens

• Play a key role in decision-making processes related to critical strategic aspects of the organization's transformation journey

• Develop and implement comprehensive P&O strategies generating impact for the business and driving positive change

• Lead and oversee M&A integration processes, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business strategies

• Embrace our P&O ecosystem and use your influencing skills to lead change and shape the future of our P&O function

• Lead and implement initiatives based on data, expertise, and sound judgment, demonstrating your experience to deliver impactful results

You'll win us over by:

• Education : The base of your success is a completed studies in business administration (Master), or a comparable field of study with long term professional P&O experience.

• Experience :

• Strong business acumen to convert your business knowledge into successful P&O strategies and initiatives

• Broad international working experience and global exposure, equipping you with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within and beyond teams

• A deep understanding and experience in M&A integrations, enabling you to navigate intricate organizational changes with confidence

• Skills :

• A forward-thinking and transformative team player attitude, placing emphasis on fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement

• Exceptional skills in building relationships, allowing you to understand and address the diverse needs and expectations of stakeholders and team members

• Excellent communication skills, empowering you to confidently express your opinions and facilitate open dialogues and collaboration
