Your main responsibility is to revise and expand the requirements engineering setup in our organization and create guideline and best practice.

• You setup up processes, practices, and tools for Requirements Engineering and respectively create a guideline for it.

• You support in building a team of requirements engineers, internal and external, and a Requirements Engineering community.

• Furthermore, you take over the identification, definition, and evaluation of IT requirements with a focus on optimal value creation and customer orientation in several projects.

• You act as mediator between functional and technical stakeholders to identify, review, translate and document requirements into agreed, understandable user stories, using requirements engineering methods and creativity approaches.

• You create a basis for decision-making on the feasibility of future projects through a solution-oriented approach to ensure the most efficient implementation.

• You consult different project teams during the entire project life cycle.

Ready to create your own journey?

• You have deep knowledge of Requirements Engineering principles and best practices, ideally with a IREB certification, and several years of practical experience in Requirements Engineering and respective creativity methods, e. g. Design Thinking.

• You have a solid understanding of structured product development, e.g., requirements-driven engineering, documentation, and verification.

• You have sufficient knowledge in the field of manual and automated software testing and know about new technologies and architecture.

• You have successfully completed your university studies.

Our Digital People Solutions Requirements Engineering and Text Center establishes and applies standardized procedures in testing and requirements engineering, efficient and effective procedures are also created around test automation and performance testing. The team provides a holistic approach to quality assurance in various projects and regular operation topics for national and international applications. Our customer base consists of various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and IT.
