We are looking for a Export Control and Customs (ECC) Expert (f/w/d) Processes and Applications to join our team at Innomotics – A Siemens Business.

Your future role.

• You drive and lead efficient and effective Compliance Management System, focusing on ECC controls for SAP and non-SAP systems and digital platforms.

• You analyze ECC requirements and you will be in charge of transforming them into process requirements. Additionally, you take care of streamlined implementation.

• You proactively monitor and advise our global ECC controls within our existing SAP R/3 environment within a global expert team.

• You drive and lead our new approach implementing next-generation ECC using and improving the existing and implementing new applications to ensure global compliance with legal and internal regulations.

• You spearhead potentially complex projects to enhance the integration and automation of risk mitigating compliance activities within business processes.

• You act as the central hub, connecting operational Compliance and the business community with legal, IT, and technical experts to ensure the implementation of sustainable and effective solutions.

• Furthermore, you foster standardization and harmonization of solutions across all activity fields of the Compliance Management System.

• You drive positive change management by proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders.

• You design and conduct trainings on IT-related export control and customs topics.

Your profile.

• You own a university degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent, with long-term professional experience in export control and customs.

• You have proven experience in international project management, capable of leading project streams.

• You are an expert in export control, customs and logistical ERP processes, especially SAP R/3 and S/4 Hana with advanced skills in SAP modules "Materials Management" and "Sales & Distribution”.

• You bring proficiency in MS Office 365 (e.g., Excel, Teams, Power BI, etc.) with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Skills in any dashboarding application, like PowerBI, QlikSense, or Tableau, are a plus.

• Knowledge of programming or database querying languages, such as Oracle DB, would be advantageous.

• Yours consultative approach to business processes combined with a strong background in IT (business IT background) is part of your skill set.

• An open-minded, proactive working style with strong decision-making and result-driven abilities is one of your strengths.

• Business-fluent English skills, with German skills being a plus, round your profile.
