You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Developing service-growth sales plans. Implement service sales strategy with complete ownership. Prepare regular sales review reports and customer visit reports.

  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction index by establishing and maintaining efficient customer relationships to understand customer needs, and promoting customer understanding of Siemens products, systems, and services.

  • Organizing service technical events to customer awareness about Siemens service portfolios.

  • Acting as a trusted service consultant for all Siemens key customers.

Your role would entail the following tasks;

  • Technical preparation of training offers (functions as bid manager).

  • Examining ability to deliver.

  • Analyzing technical risks.

  • Supporting and driving Regional Sales by identifying and developing customer service opportunities.

  • Visiting customers in coordination with Regional Sales (training portfolio presentation, techno-commercial dialogs/discussions, technical clarifications).

  • Actively supporting Regional Sales in service sales planning on account and opportunity levels for training service portfolio in defined region.

  • Registering leads in CRM system.

  • Setting up meetings with customer to (i) understand technical requirements and (ii) develop techno-commercial offer.

  • Setting up contract negotiation with customer.

  • Providing input on customers, competitors, sales success factors.

  • Representing service portfolio in marketing activities (e.g., trade shows).

  • Scanning market/customer opportunities and deciding on follow-up together with Reg. Sales.

  • Qualifying leads together with Regional Sales.

  • Coaching Regional Sales on opportunity identification and sales argumentation.

  • Facilitating best practice sharing within Regional Sales and across regions (incl. win / lose reasons etc.)

  • Day-to-day supervision of trainers, training plan and content.

  • Ensuring the availability of adequate resources in terms of training staff, training facility, materials & equipment.

  • Gathering feedback upon completion of training courses, take necessary action for improvement whenever necessary.

  • Providing reports on department performance on a regular basis and managing budget.

Your success is grounded in

  • BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Mechatronics.

  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach are vital for success in this role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
