Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation division as Proposal Engineer / Sales Support Professional and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Candidate should have a techno-commercial experience of at least 4 to 5 years in handling various products, systems and solutions covering Low/Medium voltage switchgears (AIS/GIS)/ MV/LV Busduct, Control & Relay Panels, Relays, Sub-station automation and communication equipment. Knowledge and use of NXTools+ and OGT is required. He / She shall be an individual contributor.

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role you will manage projects in Medium Voltage Systems and Protection & Automation Systems

The candidate must have experience in handling customers technical specification from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas both direct as well as through EPC’s.

Good understanding of customers/competitors with good switchgear technical knowledge is a prerequisite. The candidate must possess mature personality with good communication skills.

The candidate shall have the capability

• Knowledge of complete understanding of Electrical Networks in Power Distribution particularly in MV 11kV to

33kV networks.

• Have in-depth knowledge of Air Insulated and Gas Insulated Switchgear (Up to 33kV).

• Reviews customer specifications and prepare compliance in cooperation with all stakeholders on both Sales and

Customer side.

• Handling / preparation of NX-Tools+ and OGT.

• Ensure strong proposal and contract management on the project. Evaluating impacts of changed requirements/

delivery items regarding costs, project plan etc.

• Carry out risks assessment of project influencing factors and manage the identified risks.

• Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organization.

• Self-driven individual with clear goal in achieving aggressive growth targets.

• Build and enhance the relationships with respective factories.

• Establish close collaboration with stake holders like Sales, Business Administration, Execution teams within the

Business Unit which enables improvement throughout the sales support.

• Demonstration of commercial and technical expertise in specific market.

• Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.

• Shall have good understanding of Middle East Market

• Shall be Team player and should have a clear understanding of working in multi-cultural environment.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

• 4 - 5 years of project proposal / execution experience for MV System projects.

• Expert Knowledge of configuration of MV Switchgear in NXTools+ and OGT is a pre-requisite.

• The ability to deal with different cultures at different demographic areas.
