Our Mainstream Business has been leading in regards to digitalizing the customer experience from our eCommerce offering to implementing next gen online marketing. As part of our digitalization strategy we are building comprehensive data analytics capabilities to understand our customers better and implement a world class user experience for our digital business. We are looking for a self-starter, entrepreneurial, action-oriented student to support our digitalization initiatives and define and manage the implementation of our mainstream customer journey. Throughout this internship, you have the chance to directly support the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Mainstream and closely interact with the Segment leadership. For implementing our user journey, you will be engaging with the entire Mainstream team from R&D and Product Management, to Sales and Business Operations. You will get the opportunity to:

· Evaluate current customer journeys of Mainstream products (Solid Edge and Femap)

· Competitive benchmark of current customer journey

· Identification of user centric customer journey improvements of Mainstream products

· Summary and presentation of recommendations to executive management for discussion

· Project Management of implementation

Requirements:

· Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in bcuiness, accounting, economics, statistics, data science or a related field

· Project management experience and background in UX Design are a plus

· Background or interest in behavioral psychology is a plus
