A sister company of Siemens Mobility, Padam Mobility is growing and evolving fast, we are currently recruiting for a Head of Business Development to help us develop within the UK & Northern Europe markets.

Padam Mobility Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) and Paratransit solutions are based on algorithms for optimising itineraries and vehicle occupancy. You’ll make an impact by...

  • You develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector,

  • You identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in UK & Northern Europe,

  • You conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings,

  • You pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence,

  • You conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.

  • You nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention,

  • You act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions,

  • You provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues.

  • You collaborate with the sales team to coach, advise, motivate, sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force,

  • You provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development,

  • You foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices.

To be successful...

  • You will speak English at a native level. Proficient French is a plus,

  • You will have a solid experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS / tech industry,

  • You have proven successes in managing teams of Business Developers and in mentoring and developing junior team members,

  • You have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth,

  • Negotiating and closing complex sales deals is a game to you,

  • You are the social one, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.

It’s a big plus if :

  • You have experience in managing and winning tenders in the transportation industry,

  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies,

  • You understand On-Demand Mobility and public transport industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer pain points,

  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international and inter-company teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
