We are looking for a Pen Test Architect.

This position is for Chennai Location.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of penetration testers.

• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

2. Penetration Testing:

• Perform advanced penetration testing on networks, applications, and systems.

• Identify vulnerabilities, exploit weaknesses, and assess the security posture of various assets.

• Develop and maintain automated testing tools and scripts.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Communicate findings, risks, and remediation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships with business units to ensure security measures align with business goals.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Create detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and recommended actions.

• Maintain documentation of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

5. Training and Development:

• Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technology advancements.

• Provide training and guidance to the team and other departments on security best practices.

6. Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement penetration testing strategies and methodologies.

• Plan and scope penetration testing engagements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effectiveness.

• Participate in the development of security policies and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking.

• Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, and others.

• Strong understanding of network protocols, web applications, and operating systems.

• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing related to application security.

2. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

3. Certification Preferred:

• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN).

• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in penetration testing or related security roles.

• Proven track record of managing and leading security teams.
