Job Description:

Areas of Responsibility

Timely and effective resolution of disputed invoices

Monitoring and Communication: Monitor/follow-up on outstanding reports and key actions; communicate with stakeholders in Service processing.

Customer Satisfaction/The Value Proposition: Perform all Service Coordinator tasks and communications in a manner that ensures high-level customer satisfaction and implements the Value Proposition.

Professional Administration: Conduct all administrative and supporting tasks required of the position

Required Competencies

Knowledge of Siemens AG and Siemens Healthineers- Evidenced by participation in New Employee Orientation, or Clinical Workflow, or existing Siemens experience

Knowledge of Siemens Service Organization (Call Center , RSC and Service Marketing functions, , Vendor Management)- Evidenced by participation in New CAS Employee training or existing Siemens experience

Knowledge Med Modality Business and Service Agreement Offerings- Evidenced by participation in Med Modality training, or New CAS Employee training or existing Siemens experience

Knowledge of Industry impacting requirements rolled out from Corporate- Evidenced by completion of review of updates to EHS/Regulatory/Safety, HIPAA/PHI, Quality System (ISO 9001:2000), and Compliance Training

Understanding of Revenue Recognition and Profitability- Evidenced by Revenue Recognition training and/or deciding The Future training

Knowledge of DRC procedures, processes, standards- Evidenced by New CAS Employee training or existing Siemens experience, and evidenced by review of updated Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, SOX Documents, Process Bulletins and Process Update training

Knowledge of CAS related systems/tools SAP as evidenced by participation in SAP training (thru TC Mgr) or New CAS Employee training or existing Siemens experience, Microsoft Office tools as evidenced by attending specific training or existing experience, and Root Cause Analysis training, and Siebel training

Communication/Organization competencies- Evidenced by participation in the following training

Customer Excellence training

Effective Meeting training

Presentation Excellence training

General Writing Skills (as needed)

Coaching Skills

Effective Team Building
