Today, we are recruiting for a Procurement Professional to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Research the market for required goods and services.

• Collect related quotes and validate the terms and conditions.

• Convert purchase requisitions of project requirements to purchase orders in SAP systems.

• Follow up on the change of orders, receive order confirmations, and give relevant feedback to relevant parties.

• Coordinate with relevant parties the supplier onboarding process and documentation.

• Evaluate supplier delivery performance and provide feedback to the relevant strategic buyer and management.

• Prepare procurement required documentation.

What do I need to qualify for this Job?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Material Engineering, international trade of economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any equivalent field.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistic-related departments.

• Good Knowledge of SAP in the MM module is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Professionalism & strong work ethic.

• Multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ability.
