Your new role – challenging and future-oriented.

• As part of our Siemens Mobility Egypt finance team, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting of business figures

• As Performance controller, you will independently prepare financial and structural analyses and discuss these with various stakeholders. You derive recommendations, business trends and pass these on to management in an appropriate form. Ad hoc reports including preparation and presentation of relevant key financial figures as well as development of storylines for top management are also part of your tasks

• You will work as commercial bid manager on new and upcoming project tenders

• As commercial bid manager, you will work closely with global bid teams to define contract structures, involve in bid calculation, provide local inputs, participate in Management approval meetings, and drive to make Siemens Mobility bid a success.

• You are a strong link to our global business units in the areas of performance controlling and commercial bid management

Your previous experience & qualification

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable education

• As part of your 7-10 years of professional experience, you have built up very good knowledge of performance controlling and/or commercial bid management in projects

• You are familiar with Siemens value flows

• You are keen to expand your learning in new areas and have ambition to grow into leadership roles

• With your strong analytical skills and very good communication and presentation skills in English, you can win over your business partners and management

• You like to proactively drive issues forward and impress with your personal initiative and flexibility. These are core competencies that will lead you to success in our agile environment

• In addition to very good knowledge of common controlling tools and ERP systems, you preferably have BI tool knowledge

• You are used to working in an intercultural team and using your strengths to benefit the team
