Objectives of this Role

Develop self-serve visualizations, dashboards, reports and ad hoc assessments to enable visibility into key business and operational metrics for operational decision making. Conceptualize, design, produce, and maintain visually reporting solutions (reports, dashboards, interfaces, etc.) using reporting tools (Qlik, Vizlib, Altyerx) and queries through the use of reporting and visualization standard methodologies. Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath to meet business process and application requirements. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Collaborate with business partners, vendors and team members on the creation, modification, testing, and implementation of automation workflows in accordance with standard design principles and conventions. Responsible for the complete solution including process workflow, authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning. While supporting existing processes, create, implement, maintain and supervise RPA standard methodologies to ensure successful execution of automated solutions. Assist in interviews capturing customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. Build and design data architecture in Data Definition Language, including the classification, naming and design of the data model, including independent decision making for data normalization techniques. Communicates changes, improvements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to program managers, sponsors, and other partners so that issues and solutions are understood.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science

  • Proven track record in a technical role

  • Experience in technical development

  • Intermediate or Senior Level experience in sophisticated development techniques including but not limited to ODAG, Document Chaining, QVD creation

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team environment

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contributing to the overall data analytics strategy by cross training, knowledge sharing and mentoring end users.
