As part of the Innomotics business, we are creating a new global accounting HUB in Europe which will serve the EMEA region.

We are looking for experienced accounting and reporting specialist who will support us to run this HUB .

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of IFRS statements for the respective legal entities, including monthly and quarterly IFRS closing, IFRS financial reporting for all stakeholders

  • Analytical reviews and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L statements

  • Supporting management and operational business in queries related to financial reporting guidelines, chart of accounts, accounting and consolidation topics

  • Participation on special projects like M&A transactions, IT implementation, process optimization

  • Participating in or lead projects/sub-projects with accounting/reporting impact, e.g., reorganizations, implementation of new IFRS standards, etc.

  • Cooperation with external and internal auditors

  • Drive harmonization of processes throughout our partners within central and eastern Europe

  • Support in preparation of local statements for Czech Republic and knowledge of Czech accounting standards is an advantage.

What we will appreciate from you:

  • University degree in the field of economics, preferred accounting, audit, finance

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in an accounting/reporting department, audit or financial advisory services

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards IFRS

  • Accounting related processes and internal control systems

  • Team player and solution oriented

  • Flexibility, time management skills and ad hoc reporting

Other knowledge:

  • Double-entry bookkeeping

  • Microsoft Excel

  • SAP knowledge highly preferred
