What do you contribute?

  • As R&D project manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the department R&D Large Programs.

  • In your new role you will execute the project in compliance with the defined requirements (e.g. costs, time, functionality).

  • Furthermore, you will support the customer project in order to ensure business success and customer satisfaction.

  • In doing so, you will ensure good communication and appropriate stakeholder management.

  • You will also ensure that decisions are made in good time on outstanding items, escalating them where necessary.

What do you bring along?

  • You hold a completed master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or comparable.

  • Furthermore, you bring in professional experience as a project manager of complex technical systems, ideally of software systems.

  • You are familiar with project management tools like MS Project, ideally also with typical backlog solutions.

  • In addition, you also have experience with incremental work processes, and you are open to implement agile work processes.

  • Next to this, you love to work in an international project setup and you ideally already gained experiences in the Railway domain.

  • Your profile is rounded off with fluent German and English language skills.
