Salary: 6 EUR / hour + meal contribution

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented working student to join our Inhouse Consulting Department at Siemens GBS. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in consulting while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence. The working student will have the chance to work closely with experienced consultants and professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Relevant department purchase order management in specific purchasing of office supplies and equipment

  • Processing of documents related to the purchases and maintenance of assets inventory.

  • Organization and support for colleagues around business trips– booking hotels, arranging plane tickets etc.

  • Processing of travel expenses in internal tool

  • Welcoming of new employees and assistance with their onboarding handing in the laptops and help with its installation.

  • Organize and manage department leadership activities, including booking of meeting rooms, and events. 

  • After the successful onboarding, the candidate can support the team members during the execution of daily tasks and get responsibilities for some of the project activities conducted by the team members

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to consulting projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
