Salary: From 1 900 € brutto/month + variable bonus*

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

GBS internal reports:

• Creation of various GBS internal reports (e.g. monthly clearing tables, management reports, checklists for the Q+ audit)

• Customizing, testing and executing reports

• Control of reports for functionality and retrievability

Customer Reports:

• Creation of customer-specific reports

• Advice on evaluation options and results

• Customize, test, and execute reports for sharing with customers

General tasks:

• Continuously maintain and update the IBM Cognos Report library

• Control of released management reports for functionality and errors

• Control of the process E2E Travel e-Reporting and monitoring of the interface

• Clarification of faulty or missing functionalities with SAP Concur

• Independent further development of reporting options and elaboration of proposals for data analysis

Required skills:

• Able to Create macros in Excel – must

• MS Office – Advanced

• Language skills German & English

• In-depth knowledge of Excel for further processing data from Cognos / IBM Bi - advantage

• VBA Knowledge - advantage

• Smart-Data-Analytics-Methods

• Knowledge in global reporting tools (application, e.g. Cognos)
