What part will you play?

• The aim of this function is the timely execution of basic and tube development projects for the low-voltage and medium-voltage range in compliance with the planned budget framework for national as well as international projects.

• You will be responsible for the technical achievement of goals, product costs and quality, adherence to deadlines and budgets for ensuring the successful completion of the project for vacuum switching technology.

• You will work together with internal and external development departments, product portfolio management, sales, external customers and production planning.

• You support in the creation of requirement specifications and the development of innovative design features to increase performance and reduce cost.

• You are responsible for the creation of binding development specifications to specify the technical requirements as well as the implementation of preliminary developments to prove feasibility.

• You ensure product quality in the development process to avoid additional costs and loss of image.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have a University's degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics or a comparable education/qualification.

• You have long term experience in high voltage engineering, vacuum technology, Quality techniques (e.g. FMEA).

• You are familiar with vacuum switching technology, drive engineering.

• Additionally, you have experience in Project Management.

• You are used to working agilely and independently in an international team and communicate confidently in English and German.
