What part will you play?

  • In your new role, you execute after sales support for our global customers regarding SI EA Power Automation portfolio

  • You interact with customers and Siemens regional companies to understand their demands and collect respective information needed for clarification of technical issues

  • You troubleshoot failure scenarios to Identify the root cause of the behavior and propose feasible solutions

  • You collaborate with your peers within GCC, our R&D, sales, PLM to ensure smooth customer interactions and case resolution

  • You work closely with the team to address corresponding customer inquiries in the future using AI technologies

  • You investigate whether and how existing data and documents can be utilized for digitalization

  • Together with the customer support team, you propose new technologies for efficiently solving customer problems in the future

  • You also participate in knowledge exchange within the customer support team and with experts

What you need to make real what matters.

  • The basis of your success is a completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field

  • Ideally, you have first professional experience in the listed field

  • Understanding of electrical engineering principles, power systems and protection schemes is a plus

  • Basic knowledge in software programming (for example: Python, C++, xml, Visual Studio Code) would be an advantage

  • You have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, a convincing manner, and a winning personality

  • You are ready to take on responsibility and address topics independently as well as reliably driving them forward and adapt to change

  • You have deep problem-solving skills with high attention to details

  • The ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds, is key to your success

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English rounds off your profile. German is a plus
