Das erwartet dich bei uns:

We are looking for an Agile Coach (f/m/d) R&D Quality for our Berlin location as soon as possible.

We offer you an exciting working environment in the R&D department within Siemens AG. Become part of a dynamic global team and help to implement and further develop agile ways of working. As an Agile Coach (f/m/d) you will promote customer focus, flexibility and resilience of the organisation and thus continuously drive improvements in the R&D process and product quality.

What part will you play?

  • In your new role, you will exemplify the agile mindset in the R&D organisation and drive it forward

  • You are responsible for the implementation, compliance and further development of agile procedures / principles

  • Your core tasks include the continuous improvement of the development process and maintaining the relevant documentation

  • You establish an open feedback and error culture

  • Promoting customer focus within the organisation (e.g. rapid feedback through sprint / feature reviews, requirement engineering) is in your hands

  • Your area of responsibility also includes driving and implementing continuous improvements (e.g. retrospectives, PDCA)

  • You coach local / global agile initiatives, individual teams and management

  • Furthermore, active participation in global cross-location and cross-divisional communities is part of your work

  • This also includes the preparation and implementation of workshops and training sessions You monitor the quality assurance of the product value streams assigned to you

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have successfully completed your Master's degree in a technical field. Alternatively, you have a technical qualification with further training as a technician and have already gained many years of experience in the development environment

  • You have many years of experience as an agile coach, Scrum Master or in a similar consulting role. If you also have experience as a quality expert (m/f/d) or would like to build it up, you will fit perfectly into our team

  • In addition, you have already gained extensive and specialised experience in the HW / SW development process

  • As an independent team player, you are characterised by your analytical and communication skills (also with international teams) as well as a structured way of working

  • You are confident in leading change conversations across multiple business departments and organisational hierarchies to drive agile change in the company

  • You have experience in using common software application lifecycle toolchains (e.g. Microsoft AzureDevOps) and data analysis/analysis technologies (PowerBI)

  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills round off your profile
