You’ll make a difference by:

• An Instructional Design (ID) or Learning Experience Design (LXD) expert with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies.

• A creative powerhouse who can develop engaging scenarios, activities, and assessments that go beyond the traditional eLearning format.

• A wordsmith with the ability to craft clear, concise, and captivating learning content.

• A skilled storyteller who can weave narratives that resonate with the target audience.

• Adept at using multimedia elements like images, audio, and video to create visually appealing learning experiences.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Your success is grounded in:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and content.

• Design and develop engaging and interactive eLearning modules using adult learning principles leveraging different authoring tools such as Articulate storyline, Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now, and video development tools such as Vyond, Canva, Pawtoon etc..

• Craft creative scenarios, activities, gamified elements, and assessments to make learning fun and effective.

• Develop engaging scripts and content for the eLearning modules.

• Work closely with the development team to integrate multimedia elements seamlessly.

• Stay updated on the latest eLearning trends and technologies.
