The role.
Service portfolio analysis, cooperate with TSS and Spare Part management team to investigate own strength and weakness. Follow up the improvement actions and reports to management team regularly.
Top customer business and potential analysis, cooperate with service business development manager to define counter-measures and follow up the important actions.
Service sales performance analysis, summarize successfully reference and share the experience to TSS/SSS and sales team.
Coordinate marketing activities to promote service portfolio.
Others assigned by line manager.
Your profile.
Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Automation.
Familiar with Siemens Industry Product/Solutions is preferred.
Good command of writing, speaking, and reading English. certain Office skills and office software skills.
