Your primary function will be to achieve annual sales growth targets, provide innovative solutions to our customers and achieve overall customer satisfaction - always supported by your colleagues in the Business Unit support function and back-office teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Continued Business Growth through working closely with C-Level accounts

• Account planning and accurate forecasting

• Develop clear business plans for accounts

• Co-create solutions for identified markets thereby developing the project pipeline

• Mentor and equip accounts to build sustainable business partnerships

• Setting annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on KPI’s

• Initiate and participate in activities that influence end-users and generate demand e.g. trade shows, seminars, technical training and webinars

• Prepare timely sales reports for new and existing accounts and projects

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 5 – 8 years’ working experience and 5 years’ experience in a sales position

• Experience working with technical sales position from the IT or Security industry

• IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies, and/or Security and related applications.

• Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
