Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Project Document Controller and Coordinator to assist the Engineering team in Bangkok.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the Engineering Team supporting in monitoring the performance of the engineering design center, analyzing key metrics, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Document Management:

  • You will maintain a structured filing system for all project documents, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence.

  • You will ensure that all documents are properly classified, organized, and indexed for easy retrieval.

  • You will update and maintain document control databases and software.

Version Control:

  • You will track document versions and revisions, ensuring that the most current versions are available to the project team.

  • You will implement and manage a document control system that tracks changes, approvals, and distribution.

Distribution and Communication:

  • You will distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.

  • You will manage document distribution lists and ensure all team members have access to the necessary documentation.

  • You will facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders regarding document-related matters.

Compliance and Standards:

  • You will ensure all documents comply with company and industry standards and regulations.

  • You will conduct regular audits of document control procedures and practices to ensure compliance.

Coordination:

  • You will coordinate with different departments and external partners to gather, compile, and distribute project information.

  • You will schedule and manage document review meetings, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved.

  • You will assist in the preparation and distribution of project status reports and documentation summaries.

Support and Training:

  • You will provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and best practices.

  • You have experience within a similar function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related disciplines.

  • You are a team player with skills in collaboration.

  • Business communication in English and Thai, written and spoken.
