We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.

We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

· Regular creation of financial dashboards and project tracking reports to communicate the status of target achievements.

· Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making

· Distribution of weekly and monthly reports including alignment of measures within the procurement team

· Responsible to support the Budgeting process across different locations.

· Understand the business requirements in Power BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

· Develop existing dashboards to the next level by using Power BI

· Analysis of the factory purchasing volume, determination of potential savings and proposal of activities to support target achievement.

· Establish close cooperation within the procurement team and support in special projects to digitize the processes.

· Continuous knowledge development in procurement controlling.

· Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.

· Responsible to update savings in One Puma web.

Your success is grounded in:

· 2yrs-4 years of P2P experience.

· Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering)

· Experience with procurement controlling dashboards in factory / manufacturing or comparable knowledge.

· Strategic thinking, analytic and strong problem-solving skills

· Teamwork and motivation management

· Knowledge in procurement, supplier chain management, logistics or controlling

· Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Power Query & MS Office Applications

· Fluent in English.
