We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer specializing in frontend technologies such as Angular, React, etc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading frontend development projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

We are looking for: Lead Software Developer – Front End

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Lead the frontend development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust web applications.

  • Architect and develop frontend solutions using Angular, React, and other relevant technologies.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and implementable solutions.

  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical challenges.

  • Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends, and drive adoption of new tools and techniques within the team.

  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing and code reviews.

  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough test coverage and facilitate timely bug fixes.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 10+ Years of experience in frontend development, with proficiency in Angular, React, and other relevant frameworks/libraries.

  • Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility issues.

  • Proven experience in leading frontend development projects, including architecting solutions and managing team workflows.

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frontend technologies.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
