Job description:

Siemens Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's People & Organization functions and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop the P&O function in Denmark, this to foster a strong support function to the business.

Key responsibilities

Supports the SMO P&O Business Partner for DK in all areas of people topics, like recruiting, talent development, learning etc..

Partners successfully with global and local P&O teams (talent and learning, compensation, talent acquisition, etc.) to drive timely, creative, and effective consultation and solutions with the business.

Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR operational matters, first point of contact.

Talent Acquisition: Administrative support to the recruitment process by partnering with P&O Partner to support managers, including end to end responsibility for the recruiting process:

  • Sourcing and management of candidate pools as well as Assessment and selection of candidates incl. handling of ATS

  • Support of BP for placements / staffing of defined Positions within the country according to business strategy (business ramp-ups)

  • Consultation to and support of Hiring Managers

  • Support to position Siemens as an "Employer of Choice"

  • Administrative support in testing potential new employees

Onboarding & Offboarding: Design the process going forward together with P&O Partner. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Manage offboarding procedures.

HR Policy and compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are available and know by the organization, up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

HR Analytics : Utilize HR Data and analytics to provide insights and reporting to Germany– support P&O Partner with recommendations to support business decision making.

Employee Benefits and Wellbeing : Administrate employee benefits and initiatives incl health insurance, retirement plans etc.

Employee Engagement: Help over time to develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, and retention. Supports together with P&O Partner employee surveys and analyses results to identify areas for improvement.

Management Support : Provide expert help to managers when using HR systems and enable efficient processes and use of tools.

HR Projects : Participate in HR Projects and initiatives (building up SharePoint P&O site with process improvements)

Learning : Coordinate continuous learning for all employees together with P&O Partner through various learning programs and activities.

Delegations: Ensure that employees inbound or outbound are handled best way possible.

Reports In-Country to Siemens Mobility P&O Business Partner Denmark and functionally to the Head of SMO P&O NEE.

Own responsibility : overall responsibility for students and apprentices (from dialogue with hiring manager to educational institutions, education agreements etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration or a related field. HR certification in test systems is a plus.

  • 3-5 yeas of experience in human resources roles with focus on HR Consulting, employee relations, talent management or related areas.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a complex matrix organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office. (SMO use part of Workday)
