Change the future with us

· Technical and disciplinary management of the quality assurance testing teams (3D measurement / materials testing laboratory / non-destructive testing).

· Operative implementation and further development of test instructions and quality standards within MF-AUR, focusing on the measurement of 3D components and NDT testing.

· Ongoing improvement and optimization of the testing methods used within MF-AUR, particularly in the areas of 3D measurement and NDT testing.

· Support internal & external audits on measurement and NDT testing

· Continual increase of the product quality through ongoing evaluation of performance indicators and measurement data.

· Assessment and interpretation of process KPIs

· Blocking of products and processes where necessary in the case of any deviations.

· Statistical evaluation of test and measurement results.

· Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS

· Ensure sustainability measures in the event of any deviations in production quality. Define and introduce corrective measures in cases of claims.

· Monitor the lessons learned in terms of manufacturing efficacy.

· Plan and execute improvement projects.

· Collaborate on and create process FMEAs.

· Carry out root cause analyses.

· Support the respective people in charge of manufacturing processes in the optimization of their processes.

· Statistical evaluation of test and measurement results

· You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years along with bachelor’s degree or postgraduate in Quality management or Project Management

· Independent and structured approach to work

· High level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementation

· Have knowledge of Measurement systems

· Knowledge of Internal BU and BS standards

· Good Communication Skills
