Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

  • Greeting and Assisting Callers: Provide a warm and professional greeting, assist with inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Handling Complaints: Listen to and address customer complaints efficiently, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Providing Information: Offer accurate information about products, services, company policies, and procedures.

  • Taking Messages: Accurately record messages and ensure they are delivered promptly to the appropriate individuals.

  • Routing Calls: Efficiently route calls to the correct department or individual.

  • Managing Call Volume: Handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner, ensuring that each caller receives appropriate attention.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Excellent Communication: Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills.

  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telephone systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications.

  • Professionalism: Consistent demonstration of professional behavior and attitude.

  • Fluent in Spanish (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers)

  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI and SD, others will be a plus)
