Your mission will be…

To participate in international projects, try out cutting edge technologies in the fields of Software Development on SAP BTP services and solutions, as well as innovative methodologies used every day at Global Business Services (GBS), such as DevOps, Scrum & Agile.

• Work on a business company with representatives in an international environment.

• Learn and specialize in 3 main pillars:

• Software Development (NodeJs, Java);

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP);

• SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).

• A mentor during the program who will support you reaching your individual career goals and guide you to craft your future with us.

• Comprehensive and state-of-the-art training that will help you grow your communication and personal skills.

What do I need to qualify for this trainee?

• You recently have or you will soon graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined from Computer Science or related Engineering field.

• Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships or working student activities.

• International experience gained through studying, working etc. An intercultural mindset is crucial for this program.

• Fluency in English mandatory; additional knowledge of German and/or Portuguese is preferred.

• Enthusiasm about the Digitalization and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Open-minded, highly motivated, and ready to take on challenges.

• Flexibility and international mobility within the program duration.

• Are you committed, growing, and succeeding in your tasks.

What you can expect from us…

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies. The opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups. A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.
