Your mission will be…

  • Responsible for visualising and designing an organization’s enterprise data management framework for the Sales processes.

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses

  • Defining the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data such as product codes and client categories, and master data such as clients, vendors, materials, and employees

  • Defining reference architecture, which is a pattern others can follow to create and improve data systems.

  • Defining data flows, i.e., which parts of the organisation generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition.

  • Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.

We are looking for someone with…

  • To be successful in this role, you have strong expertise in data management and have already worked closely with sales and marketing departments. You understand the complex requirements of a multichannel B2B sales organisation and are able to derive, design, and implement optimal data strategies.

  • Successfully completed master´s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

  • Long years proven experience in data management, preferably in a sales or marketing domain.

  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data flow visualisation, database systems, ETL processes, and data integration technologies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales analytics platforms,

  • You can effectively communicate sophisticated data concepts to non-technical partners.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
