Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is in search of a dedicated IT Service Manager with a preference for candidates possessing a background in HR or IT systems, and hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role places a strong emphasis on IT and Cybersecurity compliance, making relevant expertise in this domain highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Service Manager, you will take on a pivotal role, responsible for:

  • Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.

  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and implementing strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing our customers at the core of every action.

Several years of hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems.

  • A solid grasp of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and a familiarity with regulatory requirements.

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces change.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple demands and projects concurrently.

  • A willingness to thrive in an international setting.

  • A keen ability to deliver added value to customers and provide top-tier service.

  • Excellent communication skills, marked by clarity and conciseness in all interactions.

  • A strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaboration.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken business-level English.
