Finance Trainee Program | Cracking the Numbers (m/f/d)

Join the 7th Edition of the Finance Trainee Program, helping us cracking the numbers and having the opportunity to make real what matters! Are you in?

In this edition of the program you will work in projects across other departments having an immersive experience that is designed to broaden your expertise and enhance your professional growth.

The top three performers will be awarded a fully funded postgraduation. This is a unique chance to advance your career while gaining comprehensive industry insights.

We are looking for:

• Availability to join the Program on September 2024;

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or similar;

• Fluency in English (any additional languages will be a plus);

• Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel;

• Team spirit and collaboration approach, who loves to work in a multicultural environment;

• Strong analytical and digital mindset, with orientation to detail;

• Flexibility to work under pressure in a changing environment.

What you can expect from:

A 12-month internship with allowance and a hybrid working model with flexible hours, in order to promote work life balance.

The opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups. A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.

In addition, you'll have access to online learning platforms, discounts with our partners and a shuttle bus to commute to the facilities.
